Overview

The Authority is subject to Arizona's Open Meeting Law. This law requires that the Authority provide at least 24 hours advance notice of all meetings to the public body and to the general public.

Notice

The Authority has posted hereon both the annual Disclosure Statement and its Notice of Regular Meetings. In addition, these documents will be posted by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of Pima County at Pima County Administration Building, 130 West Congress Street, 1st and 5th Floors, A and B Levels, Tucson, Arizona 85701. (These posting locations are accessible to the public Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except legal holidays.)

The Notice section contains the Notice of Regular Meetings specifying the dates, location, time and information on the availability of agenda of each meeting. If a Special Meeting is called, a Notice for the Special Meeting, including the place and time (as well as information about the availability of Agenda) will also be posted here.

Agendas and Summary

The Authority has attached hereto the Agenda and a Summary of each meeting showing the actions taken, commencing August 1, 2010. In addition, prior to the approval of the minutes by the Board of Directors of the Authority, a tape recording of each meeting (or other transcript) is available at the offices of the Authority's counsel, Russo, Russo & Slania, P.C. (address noted below).

Minutes

After the approval of the minutes by the Board of Directors of the Authority at a subsequent meeting, the minutes of each meeting (commencing August 1, 2010) will be posted under Minutes.
